IN-PERSON & ONLINE THERAPY IN CA
Thoughtful, Individualized Care
Therapy is an investment in yourself and your family. I intentionally maintain a limited private-pay caseload so I can offer personalized care and give each client the time and attention they deserve. This allows us to focus on your unique needs, work at a pace that feels right for you, and navigate life’s challenges together.
My approach combines clinical experience, evidence-based practices, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship tailored to you and your goals.
I accept new clients as openings become available. If my current availability doesn't align with your schedule, you're welcome to reach out about joining my waitlist.

In-person or Telehealth
The first session is a little different from an ongoing therapy session. It gives us time to step back and look at the bigger picture—what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, relevant history and patterns, and what you hope will be different.
We'll begin getting to know one another and identifying what may be most helpful as we move forward. Most importantly, this is an opportunity for us to determine whether we feel like a good fit for the work ahead.
50 minutes — $220
In-person or Telehealth
Ongoing therapy is a space dedicated to you and the things that matter most in your life.
Some sessions may involve making sense of something that happened recently. Others may take us deeper into longstanding patterns, relationships, emotions, identity, motherhood, or experiences from your past that are showing up in unexpected ways.
There is no predetermined formula for what each session needs to look like. We’ll work together to understand what you need and where it makes sense to go next.
50 minutes — $220
In-person or Telehealth when appropriate for the child
Therapy is tailored to each child’s developmental stage, needs, and goals through age-appropriate activities, play, and conversation. Parents are an important part of the process. Depending on your child’s needs, this may include joining portions of sessions, meeting with me separately to discuss concerns, learning strategies to use at home, and checking in on progress together. We’ll work as a team to help your child build skills, navigate challenges, and feel supported both in and outside of therapy.
Shorter sessions may be available when clinically appropriate.
50 minutes — $220
In-person or Telehealth
A parent-only session focused on understanding your child’s needs, navigating challenges, and developing practical strategies to support your child’s progress.
50 minutes — $220
In-person or Telehealth
EMDR can be incorporated into therapy when it is clinically appropriate and aligns with your goals.
I believe in taking the time to establish safety, trust, and the coping skills needed before beginning EMDR. When you're ready, we can introduce EMDR gradually and at a pace that feels right for you.
EMDR may be helpful in processing difficult or traumatic experiences, particularly when the past continues to affect how you feel, respond, or experience yourself in the present.
90 minutes — $370
In-person or Telehealth
Some EMDR processing can be completed within a 50-minute session. At other times, having additional uninterrupted time allows us to move through the work without feeling rushed while also leaving adequate space for grounding and closure.
Extended sessions are available when we determine that additional time would be supportive and clinically appropriate for your work.
Together, we'll decide what session length makes the most sense for where you are in the therapeutic process.
Making Therapy More Accessible
I believe everyone deserves support. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces to help make therapy more accessible. If cost is a concern, please reach out by phone or email to ask about availability.
A Note About Private Pay
I do not bill insurance directly. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your therapy fee. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
I accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts. Payment is collected at the start of each session.
Because benefits vary between plans, I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your specific coverage and reimbursement.
Insurance & Reimbursement
I am a private-pay therapist and do not bill insurance directly. However, your insurance plan may offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs.
I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
How Do I Know What My Insurance Covers?
The best place to start is by calling your insurance company and asking whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits for services provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Here are a few helpful questions to ask:
⟡ Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
⟡ What is my deductible, and how much have I met?
⟡ What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
⟡ Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered per year?
⟡ Do I need prior authorization?
⟡ How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
Every plan is different, so it's important to confirm your benefits directly with your insurance company before beginning therapy.
Questions? I'm happy to help.
If you need guidance on understanding your out-of-network benefits or submitting a superbill, feel free to reach out.
I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. I offer a one-time exception to each client.
If something unexpected comes up and attending in-person becomes difficult, we can explore switching to telehealth when appropriate.
Thank you for helping me protect this time for you and my other clients. I appreciate your understanding and care in honoring our scheduled appointments.
