IN-PERSON & ONLINE THERAPY IN CA
Helping children and moms find their way through the hard stuff.
Therapy for children navigating big emotions and difficult behaviors, and for moms working through their own struggles and big emotions, and navigating the challenges of family life.
Therapy for Children and Moms
Life can feel hard sometimes, whether you're a child struggling with big feelings and difficult behaviors or a mom feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
I provide a warm, supportive space for children to work through their struggles with the involvement of their parents, and for moms to focus on their own emotional well-being, relationships, and healing.
You don't have to have it all figured out to get started.
Maybe you've been holding everything together for so long that you've lost touch with yourself. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by life's changes, struggling to make sense of your emotions, or noticing that experiences from your past are showing up in ways you didn't expect.
You know you want something to change, but you're not quite sure where to start.
I'm Elizabeth Myers, LMFT, and I believe therapy should feel like sitting in your living room with someone you know and trust: a place where you can take a breath, let your guard down, and have an honest conversation.
When you come to therapy you don't need to have all the right words, prove yourself, or have it all together. You can show up as you are, without the pressure to perform or make your story easier to hear.
You don't have to keep carrying it all on your own.
Together, we'll slow down, explore what's beneath the surface, and begin making sense of the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in clinical tools tailored to your needs. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, making space for where you've been while moving toward where you want to go.
Therapy isn't about becoming someone else or fixing everything you think is wrong with you. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with what matters to you, and finding new ways to navigate life.
If you're ready to begin exploring what comes next, I'd love to connect. Let's talk.
